"I’m really anxious about eye tests and panicked as I struggled to see clearly in my left eye. I went to two other optician practices and they didn’t explain things well or put my anxiety at ease.

I decided to try Orrell Opticians. Everyone was warm and friendly. My eye test with Ashley was very thorough, and he explained everything in detail and made me calm, as I was concerned that I would hear really bad news. I actually felt at ease!

In the end, I needed a cataract operation to correct my vision, and I was given the choice of where to have this done.

Overall, I had an amazing experience! I went there scared and afraid of what might be found, to leaving totally calm despite being told I need a cataract operation!
